Q: Where are services provided?
♦ Early Intervention Services are provided in families’ homes, childcare settings, and other community settings.
♦ Enhanced academic tutoring can be provided in families’ homes, childcare settings, other community settings such as libraries, and at the EdPath clinic at the Rural Hall home office.
♦ Social skills groups take place at the EdPath clinic at the Rural Hall home office.
♦ Early Childhood Professional Workshops and coaching sessions are held in childcare settings and preschools where the professionals work
Q: What are your rates?
♦ $45 per hour for 1:1 in-person sessions; $60 for 1:2 in-person sessions
♦ $30 per hour for 1:1 online sessions
♦ $15 per hour for small group sessions
♦ $650 for 16 1:1 weekly tutoring sessions, when paid in advance
♦ $50 per hour for parent coaching, consulting sessions, and IEP meeting advocacy sessions
♦ $200 for three-hour workshops and $200 for coaching visits over four weeks
♦ 1:1 CBRS sessions for infants and toddlers with disabilities through the NC Infant Toddler Program when paid in full by Medicaid or the local CDSA, are free. A rate of up to $64.80 is charged for this services for families who do not meet requirements to qualify as needing financial assistance.

Q: Are your services covered by Medicaid or private insurance?
♦ CBRS/Specialized Instruction Services for infants and toddlers with disabilities are covered all or in part by NC Medicaid, depending upon family income. Private insurance does not pay for CBRS/Specialized Instruction.
♦ Other services, including consultation, tutoring, social skills groups, are not covered by Medicaid or private insurance.
Q: Are there payment plans or discounts available?
♦ A free informational/trial session is available for prospective academic tutoring clients
♦ Rates are reduced for 1:2 and small group tutoring (see above)
♦ For parent coaching, developmental play therapy, and enhanced tutoring, if agreed upon in advance, the first payment can be deferred for two weeks
♦ For parent coaching, developmental play therapy, and enhanced tutoring no-interest payment plans which entail monthly payments over 6, 12, or 18 months are available
♦ Reduced rates may be available for families who provide volunteer marketing, clerical, or document translation.
